Memorial Outpatient Pharmacy

I agree with many of the other comments. I have used this pharmacy for over 15 years. When they switched I noticed a HUGE change in customer service. Miguel has tried his best to fill the gaps, but some of the other employees are rude, disrespectful and lack competency. The new associate they hired spent a hour chatting about personal things while I was the only one waiting. After the hour I asked how much longer. She said another 30-45 minutes. She had not even started it. When she was filling my prescription she stuck her hand in another associate's bag of food then touched my bottles. I have extreme allergies and this could have caused a life threatening reaction. If I had been from the state they would have been cited. She got progressively worse. Finally, she refused to fill my presc

I have been going to Memorial Outpatient Pharm for almost 3 years now. In April, I switched ALL of my scripts from another neighborhood small Mom and Pop pharmacy to here after being yelled at by the office manager at the previous pharmacy. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!!!!! You need to be a customer as well....They are ALWAYS helpful be it inpatient at the hospital or needing a script filled by your regular doctor..AND THE PRICES are LOWER than any MAJOR Pharmaceutical company...You will love it here

Prices for excellent some under copay amount prescriptions were perfect the pharmacist and helpers were very professional and knowledgeable about the medications that I'm taking

I have went to them 2 times now when i couldn't find my medicine anywhere and I have to say I will go out of my way if I have to the treatment and friendliness of the people in there and the pharmacist there are so people oriented I feel like im in a room with friends , so appreciated them for being there for me with the treatment they gave me on a very trying day thumbs up you are the best I've seen yet.I dont want to go anywhere else now.

They are the worst place you could go to never have your medicine , I would never recommend you going here
