Memorial Outpatient Pharmacy - Hollywood

This was the go to place where I knew most of my son’s medication would be filled without an issue and out of the blue they say they cannot fill it anymore because it’s a controlled medication and provider is an out of state doctor and how they informed me from last August (2025). This is inaccurate. If this was the case then why have did they fill it multiple times after? Nothing was communicated with me and now I’m left with my son not having critical medication and running around trying to get his psychiatrist to send his ex else where. If I was told this why would I even have his psychiatrist send over meds to a pharmacy that would not fill it? Very disappointed in this pharmacy

This hospital is top notch!!! I have always loved the way they treat their patients. They are concerned and willing to listen, it eases your worries and helps to better your care. I gave them a 4star rating because there is always room for improvement. I would NOT go to any other hospital. KUDOS MEMORIAL !!!

The call center and the actual pharmacy clearly don’t communicate. I’ve been told one thing on the phone and then something completely different in person. It wastes time and creates unnecessary stress when you’re just trying to get medication you rely on and they don’t seem to be doing ANYTHING about it

Memorial Outpatient Pharmacy-Hollywood is a wonderful place. They are always on time every month to deliver meds for my husband. We are blessed with this wonderful service.

Very clean space and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoy the kiosk inside the hospital. It makes it very convenient to pick up medicine.
