Doctor..ok just average they act like they are tired of being caregivers.... but receptionist are cool but short handed.. Little miss at front desk with long black hair Talk to. Us...hired to speak Spanish obviously great doctor but don't appreciate the African American lady that was being rude to my husband ! I won't put up with lack of respect that is supposed to go 2 ways Not 1

I had a deeply troubling experience at Memorial Cardio Associates. From the beginning, the cardiologist exhibited a laid-back, almost dismissive attitude. He arrived late to my appointment with a big smile but very little urgency. That might have been forgivable if the rest of the visit had gone well, but unfortunately, it did not. The echocardiogram performed by the nursing staff was done incorrectly, a fact later confirmed by another cardiologist. What is more concerning is that, based on this flawed test, the doctor attempted to “undiagnose” a condition I have been managing for years. When I shared this with my previous cardiologist, he was alarmed and emphasized that the echocardiogram clearly contained errors, which should have been evident to any trained professional. If you choose to visit this practice make sure you are ready to advocate for yourself as if they don’t believe you. Speak up for yourself and don’t let any doctor gaslight you!

Every time that I have an appointment here with the Dr they can’t never find my appointment. Even though I get an email confirming my appointment and I show up for it. They say the call but it does not show on my phone call list. This happens all the time, is the worts costumer service and follow up that I have experienced at any Dr. office. You are at their mercy and pray that they see you and is a Cardiologist.

I've had a very frustrating experience and would recommend going to a more organized Cardiology group. I was scheduled for a 7-day EKG monitoring appointment, and after waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes I was told that there weren't any monitors available, requiring me to reschedule several weeks later. During my next visit I listened to one of the office admins get reprimanded over the phone (on speaker for the whole lobby to hear) by another employee for not notifying patients that monitors were unavailable ahead of time. I also listened to several patients in the lobby dealing with the same issues when they showed up for the appointment. Luckily, I was able to get a monitor during this visit, but it seems like this was a reoccurring issue that was handled poorly by the office staff.
