Dr Kim had me return to review the status of my condition following his recommendations. The Keto diet has been very effective in reducing the frequency and severity of my MCAS hives and inflammatory pains as a bonus. Using ice packs and Tea Tree oil at the first sign of hives has been the other great plan of action to arrest the problem. Not only is Dr. Kim and his nurses passionate about their patients and well being, they are exceptionally superb with their knowledge of their patients health! After struggling with type2 diabetes, Dr.Kim put me on a keto diet. I am now 2 months in remission and no longer taking my diabetes meds!
