Jayne Cormier on the icu is absolutely exceptional in her bedside manner ! In my opinion she is the best registered nurse who has cared for my mother and if I could give her 10 starts I would! I wish more hospitals employed nurses like Jayme. Thank you Jayme you have taken absolutely the best care of my mother while she has been in ICU!!

My father entered this hospital for a routine knee surgery. He never came home. After surgery, he developed obvious signs of infection — yellow drainage and severe blistering at the surgical site. We raised concerns and were told it was likely compression from bandaging. It was never clearly communicated to us as a serious infection requiring urgent action. As his condition declined, he was transferred to the ICU and placed under sedation. My mother — his wife and legally designated medical decision-maker — was repeatedly reassured that he was stable and that everything possible was being done. This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been at. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance arrived around 3:30am and did not get a room until nearly midnight. Once I was given my room, the sheets and pillow reeked like urine. I felt so filthy. I asked to take a shower and they told me that I could take a shower in the morning once they had enough staff, which was understandable. The next morning, I asked if I could take a shower and was completely blown off. I asked again and they didn’t let me. I eventually ended up taking a shower by myself and asked them to just change the bed sheets right when I was about to get blown off I told them that they smell like concentrated urine. The worst hospital ever to go as for an EMERGENCY. So they had so many people with IVs out in the lobby. They run all sorts of test and bring you back to the waiting area. Long story short.....they only take the people with insurance to the back. When they called us to the back where they do vitals only the lady was like ok she is going to be discharged. I said what do you mean she hasn't seen a doctor. She brings a practitioner nurse. She is explaining to us eat she saw and the other lady was trying to get us out fast while the nurse was talking. Literally yanked the IV out my daughter's arm. Never again I will go to that hospital. DO NOT GO THERE. I KNOW WHAT TELLING YOU. THEY DONT CARE FIR YOUR HEALTH IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE.

I had a great experience with my delivery on December 2025. Nurses are very sweet they take care of you and your family. They have lactation nurses in case you need them. I was impressed with the service and the food.
