The nurse or doctor I don’t know was speaking incredibly fast and asking me questions about my mother. He kept emphasizing that this was an ER in a condescending tone, insinuating my mother did not need to be there because her blood pressure was normal. That’s when I explained it had been fluctuating, and she was dizzy and unable to walk. .. we are not dumb, we were sent here by another professional. The same nurse or doctor made the quick decision to have my mother do a CT scan, but again used a rude tone by saying … well, this is an ER, insinuating it wasn’t necessary making me and my mother feel unsure about going through with this. Ultimately, we left without letting them know. They called us, and we told them we left. We have an appointment with an actual trusted doctor tomorrow. TD;L

I came here at 23 weeks which was last week due to excruciating cramps and pain I was having the night before. Another emergency room recommended I visit it because they could run more “helpful test” and monitor my baby since I couldn’t see my regular Ob who sees me and my baby at the time. I had a very rude Dr who was the only ObGyn in there that day and immature nurse attend me. I was connected to a monitor for 30 mins by the nurse who then told me Dr would come see me and run test. Once I met and seen the Dr she quickly dismissed me and told me I could go home because baby was fine instead of running the test her nurse said she would. I began to ask her if she could do something else so I could understand was happening and she began to ask me in a smart way “what test do you want me to

We were in transit through Houston and my wife had an emergancy that sent us to the ER. I want to thank nurse Alvin for the excellent care she gave my wife. She was so professional and compassionate. The Memorial Hermann ER made an extremely positive impression, with diagnosis and effective treatment. Thank you.

It is difficult to believe that the quality of heath care anywhere in America could be this horrible! This place needs to be investigated by HHS ! I waited maybe 5 hours to get my lip stitched up by a PA, no actual doctors where there, they gave me a litany of unnecessary cat scans and heart scan to hit my insurance for 30k! This place should loose their license! Heath care in a third world country is better than this place !

I just saw a terrible video depicting the staff at this location denying healthcare treatment to a woman who was severely burned. Please go take a look at it yourself - @lavishmolarpllc - If you are of color, a minority of anyway, undocumented, and or not white, please do NOT go into this hospital. It is not safe for you! I really hope the security and the lady who was the “officer” on site got in trouble for their despicable actions and I sincerely hope that the young woman received the medical treatment she should have NEVER been denied. It gets scary when even the hospitals won’t treat you to fit the presidents agenda.
