I recently visited this urgent care and had a very concerning experience. I was diagnosed with a UTI and prescribed antibiotics based on the results they gave me at the visit. Four days later, I received a call saying that I did not have a UTI and that I needed to stop the antibiotics, which completely contradicted what I had originally been told. Not only was this confusing and frustrating, but when I called to get clarification, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She even denied what was originally communicated to me, which felt dishonest. To make matters worse, when my symptoms worsened and I called for follow-up, I did not receive a call back for two days. This will be the third time that I've given this location a try and I've been disappointed every time. Two of these times we never made it past the front desk. I have never caught her name before but the intake at the front is beyond rude. Zero personality. When people are coming to urgent care, they feel bad and would like a little personality when walking in. She has zero care. Not understanding that people walking in keep her job relevant. I came in for an ankle injury and she looked at my insurance (aca) and looked up at me in disgust saying we don't take "this" insurance. No problem, I was willing to do self pay because I didn't want to try to travel far from home. But based on how she decided to respond to the insurance, I took my business elsewhere. fast,quick, nice,efficient service!! The doctor was very concerned, caring, patient and thorough he talked me through everything and really cared about how I was feeling. I think his name is Dr. Sam! absolutely the best experience i have ever had being ill and getting help!! thank you guys!!!

The physician was soooo attentive and friendly as were the nurses/techs. My son and I both were in and out in an hour. Super easy.

I had a very different experience at this clinic compared to my first visit with Dr. Sam. During my recent visit with Dr. Wyatt, I repeatedly explained that I was in severe throat pain and could barely swallow water, but the visit summary stated the opposite. My symptoms were not properly assessed or accurately documented, and I left without trust in the treatment I was given. I cannot recommend this clinic based on this visit.
