All the employees are polite and efficient. The clinic is extremely clean. The receptionist and the doctor were wonderful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a case of bronchitis. They were extremely organized. I am so happy that this clinic is near where my children live and available to us when we are visiting. It’s very reassuring to be in competent hands.

I took my 11month old in for an ear infection this past weekend. The nurse had me weigh her and it was confirmed out loud that her weight was 21lbs. They prescribed her antibiotics which we administered twice. I later looked backed at her after visit summary because she was struggling with discomfort to find that they put her weight at 29lbs (an 30% difference) and her length was also incorrect (marked as 33in instead of 29in which was measured in office). This resulted in the dosage prescribed being significantly wrong. My baby couldn’t stop throwing up, couldn’t sleep and caused a lot of stomach issues for the following days. After speaking with poison control I was finally able to speak with the urgent care. They acted as nothing was wrong and there was just a slight difference… This is

The people were friendly and helped me right away. Took their time to see what was wrong and offered advice till I could get my medication the next day. I highly recommend this urgent care.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The person who took us back never said our names, including the patient, until she was already getting vitals and then just confirmed his name like an after thought. The price was very high for an urgent care with insurance. The provider was also not very friendly or welcoming. There are better urgent cares and we will choose differently next time.

Great urgent care experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and the facility was clean.
