Fabulous experience! I saw David the PA and he was remarkable and so personable! I came in with lower back pain and he took his time to truly assess me! He not only treated me in the office for my back pain but also sent a referral for further imaging. And to top it all they even irrigated my ears! Because he actually assessed my ears! Thank you so much for your diligence and a thorough visit! Highly, highly recommend! Let me also add the entire staff was amazing and so attentive!

The nurses are very sweet 10/10 experience. They didn’t just say something and send me home and I usually expect that from how late I went I think I was seen around 10pm. But the doctor saw I was nervous even after doing an EKG and him telling me everything was fine he wanted to ease my mind and do a X-ray! While there was still people in there he had to see & it was so close to closing time. Wish I didn’t live so far love love this!

I am a relatively healthy guy and rarely need medical care but I have been here twice over the past 5 years and felt that I should leave a review. Both experiences were great! My most recent visit was on Sun, Nov 30. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, fast, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and spacious. I was seen quickly, diagnosed, and prescribed meds to get me back on track. Overall great experience again - - would recommend and will return if I were to get sick again and need medical advice. If I had a complaint my only complaint would be that the medical professional who saw me said that she was going to prescribe 3 meds all of which I agreed that I needed. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Becky was very helpful during my calls prior to our visit and answered every question. On site, Ricardo,Lena and Felicia were outstanding—professional, kind, and patient. Most importantly, they made my granddaughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Five stars and a sincere thank you to the whole team.

This place is very frustrating. Waited a while and they just checked for one type of illness which was not an expensive procedure or process. Got some medication and they did not process the medication accurately for pickup at the pharmacy. On top of that, in order to change payment methods, I had to call the billing department which was extremely hard to get ahold of and took over 2 hours to get ahold of. Then they “refunded” my previous card and said it would first take 2-5 business days, then sent me an email saying it would take 72 hours. After that allotted time , I emailed again and the person said it would be 7-10 business days. I followed up after that time window and still not having received my refund, I emailed again and tried to call just to get thrown abound and transferred. A
