Memorial Care Urgent Care on US 36 East

This place is the worst place I have probably ever been to. I waited over 5 hours to get called back for them to tell me that my shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, and chest pain was all because of my anxiety and low iron. I went to the ER at the Pana Hospital probably a week later with the same shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, and this time excruciating pain on the right side of my back and under my breast bone. They found that I have a saddle PE, which is a giant blood clot in my lungs. They told me that if I wouldn't have came to the Pana Hospital the day that I did, I would've died. And all this time, I was told that it was just my anxiety and low iron and that I had nothing to be concerned about. So thanks a lot to this shitty urgent care, you almost killed me. I wouldn't re

Last time I came here I had such a wonderful doctor. This time I had a very condescending and unprofessional woman. Granted they couldnt handle my issue for what it was & it already took alot of convincing myself to even go but the woman pointed out my age and proceeded to make remarks about my age and how "at my age I should have a normal physician" it was the judgement for me. Im not going to explain the trauma that goes with that but I will not be coming back here in the future to be treated the way I was. 1 star. (The first woman who checked me in with gold nails and pink scrubs was a peach tho:) ) I dont appreciate being treated like an inconvenience. Do better sis.

Despite the reviews I went ahead and give them a chance. They were absolutely amazing. The doctor I had was very honest and very nice. Everyone was great there. I would highly recommend.

Son fell down steps while we were here for a family reunion and this was the closest place to us. Hands down best place I have been, and with having 5 boys that says a lot. They were friendly, quick, and explained everything. The doctor we had was amazing, she got our boy a splint on and explained our next steps for getting a cast! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I was taken care of by Kimberly, Kaleb and Becky. Excellent care and professionalism. Received friendly service at front desk. Though there was quite the line when I arrived at 8am, I was out by 9. Treatment rendered. Prescriptions at the pharmacy. Was feeling better shortly after arriving home. Would recommend to family and friends!
