Working with Cheyenne has been a nightmare! She has not been nice at all and has an attitude and brushes it off that they are understaffed. Our last conversation ended up in a yelling match, yes, she was yelling at me and I yelled back! I almost cancelled surgery but I really like Dr. Gilley and think he is a nice, caring doctor. What bothers me the most is that Cheyenne said, feel free to make a formal complaint, which means she’ll just get away with her behavior. You can’t get a direct line to talk to the Decatur staff which is where I go and love. You have to call the Springfield office to get transferred to the Decatur office. I am on hold now. Called Springfield and no hello, just straight to music. I’ve been on hold for 14 minutes. If I would’ve known all this before hand I would’ve
