Memorial Care Urgent Care on South Sixth St.

I went to prompt care last Sunday and yesterday. Both visits the staff was kind and professional. In particular I want to thank S. H. the N.P. She was kind, empathetic, professional and thorough. Best news is that we got the right combination of medicine and treatment, I'm feeling so much better today! Thank you to all the staff!

Just had a virtual visit with Amber Sperry NP. She was really sweet. I 100% recommend virtual visits for simple things. A cold. Etc.

Do not use their drive up lab. They billed my insurance $1600 initially. They expected me to pay $175 for a specialist to do my labs. My insurance charges $15 for a specialist. Pathology is a speciality. The fact they can charge this while labcorp at PPIL charges $46 total before insurance shows how they clearly are taking advantage of disabled people in the community who rely on drive up labs. Drive up labs charging more than a regular lab is a clear ADA VIOLATION. Vote for medical price transparency when you elect your next candidate. It’s currently an issue waiting to be ruled on with the current congress.

I was opening up a window at my house an old window and it when it come open and all of a sudden it open and popped open It made a huge gash in my elbow. Doctor Stanley and Izzy both were of great assistance to me got me in quickly at the front desk as well and got me stitched up and on my way to living normal and having normal elbow function again. Highly thankful for this hospital's staff.

I love using the drive thru lab not only for convivence but the great staff who are always professional and friendly. They never have an issue drawing blood and are always successful on the first try with me. Staff is always organized. All appear to enjoy their job and are in a good mood even when I went for labs at close to their closing time. They maintained their positive attitudes even during the stressful time dealing with all the Covid testing etc. I highly recommend the 6th street drive thru lab.
