Dr. WILLIAMS has always been very Knowledgeable and treated me fairly and helped me attain my vision problems!

Dr. Melody was nice and everything. However It took well over 2 months for me just to get a trial pair of contacts. I asked for a refund for my trial pair that took over 2 months and the front desk woman was super rude about it and denied my request. I am just going to go to Sam's Club from now on.

I had an appointment May 2 took me 15 minutes to get checked in to find out they didn’t have me on the schedule because their computers had been down for 2 1/2 weeks. I drove 40 miles for this appt. Check in staff person didn’t even offer to let me wait to see the doctor or go have lunch and come back later. She did offer the next morning appointment but I wasn’t driving 40 miles for another appointment. The front desk staff needs improvement. The one young lady must be a family member, she is loud and obnoxious.

Was very happy with Dr. Williams and the staff. Dr. Williams was very thorough, explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and was not rushed. The staff was amazing. Rachael and Tina were very patient, helpful and kind.

I have been going there for years but this year has been the worse!!! I ordered contacts and they lied about the rebate for them and now I have been waiting since March to get the little rebate that they promised me. I wanted the 6 month but they told me if I ordered the year supply I would get $75 back. I go to pick up my contacts ask about my rebate and she told me the lady told me false information. Now they won't return my phone calls or give me information about it.
