Horrible customer service 2 weeks ago I went in for an asthma pump and was told that I have no more prescription and that they will send a request. Today after two weeks past by I called at 930 am to ask if the doctor sent it in and they said yes I asked if they had delivery due to the fact that I couldn’t walk over there since my chest really hurt I explained that to them and they said yes but that it would be for the afternoon. I called at 2:30 and they said that it would have to be for the next day because the delivery guy left . I explained that my chest really hurt and I really needed it after that they told me that they would call me back in 30 min I never received that call. I called back and told them that I’m going to send a cab driver to pick it up when I received the medicine fr

I wouldn't recommend coming to this pharmacy at all. You can call hours before and when you go in to get your prescription they still won't be ready. Some of the young girls working there are extremely rude and hang up the phone on you when they feel like it. You're better off picking up your prescription anywhere other than here. Thank God for the one or two pharmacists that actually do their job and handle customers well here

The experience is always bad. I continue to go here to supposed my local small businesses, but members of the staff at Mellors make it hard to try and continue. From my experience the worst employee here by far is the one called China, she's rude, no customer service skills and by far the most unprofessional person I've encountered. I believe the ownership team should take a hard look at their staffing and ensure they get retrained and reminded that they are all here to provide service to their customers.

I contacted the pharmacy to ask a question regarding a ups package I was trying to explain if I can get a number so I can ask if my husband can pick it up on my behalf the person I spoke to stated that he was the owner and would not allow me to speak, continued to say it’s the pharmacy it’s the pharmacy, I am also a customer at the pharmacy section this was so disappointing and unprofessional, I never had this issue with Harry. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted I support small business I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have never felt so dismissive and disrespected!
