If you have unlimited time, no job, and love your child missing school- then this is the place for you! The Massillon office is completely unbending about appointment times and they expect your child to habitually miss school. For parents who work full time, you need to lean on others to take them to their appointments. The women behind the desk get very nasty if you are a couple minutes late for appointments and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them if you need to reschedule. In the 6 years my boys have been going there, they have always been rude. They are obviously completely disconnected from their clientele. It's hard balancing your own work schedule, the schedule of busy teens, and trying to find someone to take them to their appointments! They could care less. This

All of the staff at Mellion Orthodontist are wonderful. Debbie was extremely informative and patient answering all of our questions. Dr. Nate was wonderful as well. They were able to accommodate my difficult schedule with all of our appointments. The office was clean and very welcoming. They also spoke to my son (the patient) rather than directing the information to me which I found very nice. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Mellion is really top shelf. The way the staff makes the children feel comfortable throughout every step of the process is very admirable. The Dr's always make it a point to say hello as well. It is refreshing to know that you are going to be treated first class when you enter the front doors. As you know, the financial aspect of braces is a lot for a family, and Debbie does a wonderful job in making sure all the opportunities are explored and the proper channel is selected that helps finance this ordeal. The best! Skilled at what they do, clean, timely and kind. I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Mellion and the team. They have already finished my daughters braces and now we are working on my son and I’m forever grateful for the confidence and beautiful straight smiles they have given to my kids.

My daughter had her molds made for her braces. Sandy was great-quick and efficient. My son also had and appointment and they got him in early so we were not sitting in the waiting room. Dr. Nate is always so pleasant. The staff there is great!
