ACCESS CARE Urgent Care - Massillon (OH)

If I could rate a zero i would. Horrible experience from start to finish. Waiting for management to reach out as I've requested. Next step will be a lawyer. I'm distraught. My daughter is worse as of being mistreated for strep than she actually didn't test positive for and 3 hours later was called and told she didn't have strep and tested positive for influenza A after she already took the Amoxicillin. Worst experience at at an urgent care ever. I hate it too because I was so excited to go their after such grand reviews. Misdiagnosed and mistreated. Hippa laws violated. I've never in my life.

This Urgent Care was great! Really happy to have another urgent care in the old Massillon ER. It is currently not very busy. Its very clean, the response time was quick, the Physicians Assistant was thorough, professional and took the time to talk with me. The process from checking and checkout was excellent.

This place is amazing...if I could give 10 stars I would...probably would have lost my finger due to Altman...the team here definitely saved my finger and my health due to infection in finger that Altman did nothing to prevent ...please if you need service come here to get quality help from top notch providers

Foster Son had a cut on finger. This place treated it wonderfully and we were in and out quickly Very High quality

Very friendly, fresh coffee, snacks..will definately go back. Even if not sick, just for the kind people
