l first met Melissa when she was treating my Grandpa, many years ago. He was mid 90s with dementia and she was phenomenal with him! Then I became a patient and through the years was treated for cysts, acne, melasma..and probably some other things I'm forgetting. I always left feeling like I'd been listened to and genuinely cared about as a patient, and that is not super common these days. She's the best!

I would leave her negative stars if I could. I wouldn’t trust Melissa Waterbury to even treat my dandruff. She’s been treating my 77 year old father for chronic itching for about a year and never once told him to get a CT scan to check for liver cancer. Instead she used him as a Guinea pig and put him on all these medications that made him worse. When he wasn’t responding to treatment she just told him to stay the course. She didn’t even try to refer him to an REAL MD when she should have realized she was in over her head. Even an idiot can look up chronic itching all over the body in an elderly person that doesn’t respond to treatment is a sign of liver cancer. Well he has stage 4 liver cancer after we took him to the er this weekend. Melissa Waterbury is clearly not competent. I don’t th

She is not just good she is very good!. Amazing skill with liquid nitrogen! I had something that looked like skin cancer to me on my face about the size of a dime that was near my eye. It was a rough patch and would bleed easy. She identified it as Keratosis. In the same office visit, she sprayed it with liquid nitrogen. She was very careful not to get any in my eye. A light scab formed over the spot. It looked more like an age spot than a scab. In a few weeks, it was all gone and normal skin again! I had a spot of Keratosis on my arm years earlier. My family doctor said it was related to cancer in some way but not serious enough to treat it. I burned the Keratosis skin spot with a hot piece of metal, and it worked but left a scar. I expected a scar on my face to get rid of this spot.

Melissa Waterbury and Dr Hopp have been wonderful. After 30 yrs of having burning mouth pain, they have given me hope for a cure!! Of all the Doctors I've been to, including Seattle, they have showed the most interest in my pain. I highly recommend both Melissa Waterbury and Dr Hopp.
