Melissa Rusteikas is the best! She takes her time with us and never feels like she’s rushing in and out. Always so helpful and kind. Answers all of our questions. Definitely goes up over and beyond! Always addresses every concern we have.
I love the way she listened and interacted with us. For me that’s very important (listening). She created a NP-patient relationship that I liked and would definitely recommend.
If this the one I talked to online about an over payment and possibly get a refund was very nice said I was to get a refund and it’s been a few weeks no refund yet
