Our family is very thankful and happy for Gma to be at Melbourne Terrace. The facility is very clean. The staff is wonderful and caring and attentive to her needs. Special shout out to the Physical Therapy Department for their professional care and attention to the residents. The best therapists in town especially to Winnie Reynoso who gives the patients the great care above and beyond her call of duty. We also appreciate the nursing staff and aides for the care they give especially to Kitty who loves Gma. My father had a fall at home and need to go to rehab. Melbourne Terrace was a great fit for him and his needs. All of the staff were super kind and helpful helping to navigate him and myself through the process. You always hear negative stories about facilities but I can say our experience was fantastic.
