Melbourne Medical Center

I am not a patient nor have I ever been a patient at this facility. However my wife has had to use them for USCIS medical screening twice both times she was there for over 3-4 hours awaiting to be seen. She left a review based on her experience and the front desk lady had the audacity to call me, her emergency contact, at my place of work and tell me that she was sorry because I had such a nasty wife and that I must be miserable. Never being a patient I can’t speak for the health services they provide but their customer support was absolutely disgusting. Would never recommend this place based off this encounter. Please Be advised this place might call and harass your spouses after an appointment!

I highly recommend this clinic! There are medical doctors there and the waiting time is very short! Beautiful clean office, and very nice & respectful doc & staff! Recommend them to my friends & family!

What a joke. When you do call during business hours it goes right to voice-mail, telling you to call back during business hours and proceeds to tell you the mail box is full I stand by my review. My review is not FAKE. Called NUMEROUS times over many days to TRY and become a patient and DO an immigration evaluation etc. NO one EVER answers the phone..Have you ever listened to your voice mail ? You should try making one more professional. Obviously, I travel back and forth from Colombia and to think I picked your business to attack is wrong. Especially when i want to use your business to improve myself in this country. Your 2.3 rating speaks volumes

Took my wife for her immigration evaluation and the first visit took about 2.5 hours JUST to get some vitals, went for a follow up a week later and wanted to confirm the call and the old lady at the desk kept hanging up was rude and belligerent, threatened her with canceling her appointment after paying $600 for this process. Second appointment was told to come in at 2pm rather than 12pm and we waited for 4 almost 5 hours. This is completely unethical, stay away from this place at all costs. I would rate zero stars if I could, this place is the worst!!

Don't get me wrong, I understand immigration paperwork is not easy, but it's ridiculous at this place. This place needs better time management. Our appointment was at 11 a.m., and we had to wait until 5:15 p.m. The front desk lady kept skipping the line. Spanish-speaking and other individuals who arrived after us were seen by the doctor first. It's extremely racist and unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
