Melbourne Family Dental

They say first impressions matter...well they do. Melbourne Family Dental far exceeded my expectations. I needed to find a new dentist so I decided to try them out because of how convenient their office location is for me. They did not disappoint. Honestly, after my experience, I would travel much further to continue seeing them. When I first inquired about needing an appointment, I was grateful they were able to get me squeezed in to the schedule that day. The front desk staff was friendly, prompt and on their A game. The care I received from the assistant and dentist, Dr. Sevilla, was amazing. I can tell they have their patients best interest at heart. I am confident in moving forward with Melbourne Family Dental for my future dental care. I definitely recommend them.

This place and the staff are AMAZING. I don’t leave reviews for “good” service—I leave them for next-level, make-you-want-to-brag service. From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Sevilla, everyone was kind, compassionate, and somehow made the dentist… fun? Bonus points for same-day appointment and lots of laughs. Truly top-notch care—10/10 recommend.

The people are great. Dr. Sevilla is hilarious and very personable. I got an excellent cleaning. However, a lot of patients are left waiting for awhile including me. Also, they didn't inform me of additional expenses that I would be facing above what insurance would cover until after my visit. Lastly, I didn't like how they didn't inform me that my first visit would be xrays only and not the cleaning that I had anticipated. The communication with patients and scheduling needs improvement.

The main dentist here Dr. Sevilla is phenomenal- one of a kind. great guy and great at his job. Can't ask for better. Most of the time it's a great experience, which is weird to say about a dentist office. However ive had quite a few unusual experiences with the office people over time. The most recent Holly, I think her name was, was very snappy and passive aggressive about answering simple questions and seemed very anxious to get off of the phone.Literally while I was thinking about how to respond she eagerly says "good luck bye". it's small things like that which will rub you the wrong way, especially when you spend thousands of dollars at this place. It's one thing to be nice, it's a complete other to be fake nice especially when you are only answering a few questions from a regula

Cara was very thorough. She taught me a lot of good dental hygiene practices. She took her time, and I didn't feel rushed. My teeth feel amazing!
