Melbourne Animal Hospital

This was our first visit, my neighbor recommended to me. My first impression was that's it's a very clean environment. Our wait was not long, maybe 15 minutes. They have plenty of seating as well as employees which is always a good sign. Our visit w the Doctor and vet assistant was very thorough and everything was explained to me without my having to ask questions. The costs are very good I was pleased when I checked out. We had to return for a checkup and I felt the same. The total time there was less than 45 minutes which is exceptional I think. They didn't try to sell me on products or procedures like many vets have done in the past. We were given a few samples of healthy snacks. They also have a complete line of RX foods avail. Overall I highly recommend.

The facility's spotlessness is noteworthy. The staff is remarkably knowledgeable, compassionate, and welcoming. Dr. Burger is an outstanding veterinarian, celebrated for his kindness, skill, and expertise - the pinnacle of his profession, I refuse to go anywhere else! Over the past 15 + years, he has provided exceptional care to three of my dogs and I trust his Guidance. My current dog (number 3) has had challenging, chronic issues and he’s only three- I can be a real PIA When it comes to my animals or anything, that’s in my care I’m so thankful that Dr. Berger is go good to us. He tries to help the best he can most vets would probably send me packing and tell me to go to a specialist which is 2 to 3 times more costly. I believe his services are reasonably priced. Dr Sherwood was great , but we had to put our dog down recently and and I was horrible. It took two shots. The first was to relax him the second was to stop his heart. They went incredibly fast with the second one like he was a convicted felon. It was very hard on my wife. I think they should have asked are you ready. So if you have to ask to put your dog down.please tell them you want to tell them that your ready for the second shot.

First time I went to Melbourne Animal hospital, Dr. Rex saved my kitten’s life. Now it’s Dr. Lepore. I find her to be honest and competent.I will continue to take my pets here. I find the staff at Melbourne Animal hospital to be friendly, honest and the price is affordable.
