Our first experience was not what I had hoped for, I wish we could give the experience at the office a zero. We arrived at the office after driving almost an hour. My first red flag that something was a bit off was that the office listed on the website was not on display in the office building. My husband called and told me that ithe office was something different, so I called to confirm. Next, when I arrived and I tried to enter the office, the door was locked. I had to call my husband and he said that the staff member inside was coming to open it. Upon entering, 30 minutes before the appointment as reminded by the doctor’s staff member the day before; the staff member in the office reshared with me that she knew nothing of the appointment. Dr Jackson was amazing. She was sure to discuss what to expect and answered any questions. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She has a team that is equally impressive and I am very happy that I was able to get the care I needed by them. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jackson and her team. Don’t change Doc! Keep doing what you do.

First, I love Dr. Jackson and this review does not reflect how I feel about the services I have received from her. They have been excellent. There is a doctor in the practice/office she shares in the Bowie location who is a fan of Dr. Oz and has a huge picture of him on the wall. The location has Fox News airing on the TV in the waiting room. I told front office staff and the Nurse I met with today that I will not be coming back to that location because I find Doctor Oz's medical advice and political rhetoric highly offensive. I have no interest in engaging with my doctor in that space. I asked if this environment at the other offices and I was told it was not. Seeing a quack doctor on the wall of a medical praxtice does not engender a feeling of confidence or safety.

My overall experience was wonderful, starting with the nice young man at the check-in desk, to my nurses, Megan, Ann and Genevieve and my anesthesiologist, Artie. Dr. Jackson was very personable and she also recommended a new PCP, as I was searching for a new one. My sister recommended Dr. Jackson to me and I'm glad that she did, as I will now refer her as well.

I had my initial meeting with Dr Jackson and it went very well! She made me feel very comfortable and like she was listening to what I was saying. She recommended a basic procedure for my age and listened to my concerns about prep for the procedure, making adjustments to her initial course of action to accommodate my needs. So far so good!
