I would give negative rating if it was possible! After my last appointment with Melanie Aurora it was very clear that she was rude and unprofessional! She apparently has a problem with her patients asking questions about the medications she prescribes for them. This is my body and I will advocate and research any information as it concerns to what goes in it. I found out from two other physicians what she was telling me about the medication she started me on was totally not true. I also found out the constant labs and office visits were Not necessary! I summarize its all about the money and not the patient. A doctor who gets so upset and walks out during a exam is definitely not a doctor I would chose so I immediately left this practice for a much better professional practice. What I p

I don't understand the bad reviews. Most people don't like long wait times, but I'm okay with waiting because I got good treatment. The female doctor was very nice and understanding. The staff was also friendly. They are trying to figure out what medical problems I have.

Dr. Arora got me in fast and quick. She was the only one who took the time to actually listen to me as a patient and didn’t just write me off like other doctors. I have had multiple appointments with her. She is amazing. She also removed my nexplanon implant. It was painless and easy. I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Arora.

Scheduled me for a 10 am appointment in Victorville, just to show up and find out they’re closed. Got a new appointment at the Apple valley location, waited over 4 hours.Not only was it a long wait time, the waiting room reaks of marijuana. It’s absolutely ridiculous. There are better offices that will get you in and out, and not make your lungs feel disgusting.

The staff and doctors here are amazing! They got my teen daughter in within one hour! My daughter is on the spectrum and they were extra sweet and understanding to her, all the ladies there were absolutely amazing!
