Meijer Pharmacy

This pharmacy is on point. My prescriptions get sent over and filled very fast never an issue with that. The drive threw is very slow and it does suck your trapped in it after pulling into line but inside is quick all the employees are great accept that one technician guy always wearing the white coat with the glasses I can’t stand that guy.

Slowest pharmacy, do not get stuck in the drive through line, and very difficult to call through to. Currently in line and unable to get out of line due to cars behind and in front. I have now been waiting 25 min and still have a car in front of me. There has to be a better system… has to….

This pharmacy is unorganized and at least one person was not friendly. Also, don't bother with an appointment for anything. It was first come first serve regardless of appointment time. BTW, I was there for a flu shot.

Pharmacy drive in is open again and really great again. However, I don't appreciate them letting a customer stay in the drive in while she waits for her prescription to be refilled that took 30 minutes. Finally the 3 trucks parked behind me backed out so I could get out and go inside for my prescription. Not a good thing to happen to all 4 of us. The inside experience was slow due to all of those parked in the drive through that finally came in in. Great customer service inside.

0 Stars....Expect long lines and lots of mistakes is you plan on using this pharmacy for your prescription needs. Its very sad Meijers management would allow customer service to collapse this dramatically in such a short period of time...and it appears the root cause is an ongoing store re-model project.
