1st Choice Urgent Care of Washington

This practice is excellent. Brandon was the PA that I saw and I was more than impressed with his kind and patient care of me. I felt like I mattered and that my health was important to him and he took the time to explain why we were doing what we were doing and how to get to the issue in a way that would work best for me. Hannah and Greta are also assets to this practice. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care! The entire staff was friendly and eager to assist. Brandon, in particular, was incredibly helpful and thorough in explaining everything. He listened attentively to all my concerns, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated that he took the time to clarify what was happening and the reasons behind each step of the treatment. They were also very accommodating with all my needs, ensuring I left feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend 1st Choice Urgent Care in Washington, especially since the wait time was minimal!

The Nurse Practitioner I had was excellent. Her ICU clinical experience was very clear with her great assessment & treatment plan skills. The front desk manager was excellent too. They were very professional, personable & efficient in each of their roles. Thank you!

Dani is absolutely phenomenal! I hope I got the spelling of her name correct. She answered when I called, having a time sensitive situation w/my elderly father. She could NOT have been more accommodating, cordial, professional & personal. Her sincerity & absolutely genuine character is top notch and a not common stand out feature that speaks volumes about her character. She is an exemplary representation of the practice & an amazingly valuable asset to the business overall

Absolutely incredible place. Extremely clean. It’s so friendly you forget you came here because you don’t feel well. Me and poison ivy hang out often. Second time being here and seen by PA Brandon Feltz. He’s so amazing! Even my 6 year old loved getting her school physical done here. Brandon made her feel like a superstar! Overall, 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you for being here and taking care of us when we need it!
