Meijer Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff are super nice. I called for a refill and they said half hour it will be ready. I went 2 hrs later and it wasn't ready and they said 20 more minutes. I had another script to be picked up as well that was filled days before, per text sent, and they said it wasn't ready and wouldn't be till tomorrow. Super aggrivated making multiple wasted trips!

Pharmacy Tech Lisa not friendly!

I don't normally get my medications sent here but since moving, it's easier than driving 2 towns over every month. My mistake. I recently started a medication that is very serious and has strict deadlines to pick up by otherwise I need additional lab work done again. I had the prescription called in, got a call saying I needed to answer my monthly questions for this medication. I did that, called back and was told it would be ready the next day by 1 (they needed to order it). Went to go get it the following evening and was told it needed prior authorization (even though I got it approved until 2022) AND it was never even ordered. Nobody called to let me know this. They won't have it until Monday and I can't pick it up after Sunday due to the strict deadline. So, basically, I was told it wo
