Lash & Brow House

I moved from the west side of Cleveland and was looking for a new spot to do my lashes. Lash & Brow House was the first place that popped up and I have been so pleased! Crystal is incredible and has done wonders for my lash extensions game. So polite and professional! The salon space is the perfect blend of modern color and functionality. I highly recommend this salon for all your lash needs.

I absolutely love getting my lashes done at the lash and brow house! Being that this was my first time getting lashes ,I booked an expensive set that wouldn’t fit my needs. Crystal was very professional in explaining to me how I needed to start out with a classic set (the classic set was cheaper). I understood and now I’m four months in and I couldn’t be happier. All of the girls that work there are friendly and welcoming, I’m a very satisfied customer.

I’m a first timer for a lash lift and tint. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Sarah, who quickly had me relaxing on a heated bed. Since I was new, Sarah took her time explaining the procedure, outcome and expectations. She was super friendly, taking my stress level to zero. I actually had fun. Loved my results and booked a second visit before I left. Clean/Friendly/Professionals!

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY. This his nothing to do with illness as I explained in my original review. It's about you not taking responsibility for your mistake and putting it on the customer which you are still continuing to do. Did you even read the review? This review is not about the service I was given because I was never given the service. Last week I scheduled an appointment for lash extensions with Ashley and scheduled it for 12/30 at 3pm. This would be my 1st service with Lash & Brow House. On Monday, I got a call that Ashley was sick and that Crystal could do my lashes on 12/31 at 1pm. My response was, "no problem, hope she feels better.” This morning, I received a v.m. from Carly stating that Ashley was still sick and that I needed to be rescheduled. I checked my e

Lash & Brow House was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to get my lashes lifted. My appointment with Crystal was great! She was very friendly and communicated each step to me as she went through the process and my lashes look great! I will definitely be back to maintain my lashes.
