EXTREMELY RUDE!!! TERRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE. Don't remember who i spoke with some woman, she was so freaking rude. TAKE HER OFF THE PHONE. They all need training in there. There also a rude guy i spoke with as well. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! I was just trying to get LIFE SAVING MEDS. SO SORRY YALL HAD TO DO YOUR JOB. Maybe pick another field that isn't dealing with such sensitive scenarios.

They obviously don't understand the difference between a 30 day supply and a 6 month supply. I requested a 6 month supply. I picked up my prescription without checking, because they make a point of throwing everything in a bag without showing you or communicating what you're getting. Upon arriving home, I realize they gave me a 30 day supply. They don't verbalize confirmation of what you're expecting to be in the bag. Shame on me, because this is the 2nd time this has happened. They need to show you what you're getting before putting it in a bag, and they need to verbally confirm your order before ringing it up. It's very annoying to get home and find out you have 1/6 of what you requested. Then it's a hassle to call in and explain the situation. Then I have to drive back out to the pharma

Pharmacy constantly late with meds then once they even say they're ready half the times they're not even ready 🙄

These VERY nice and helpful people at this Meijer pharmacy are GREAT. I needed some of their assistance and had some questions about something with one of my relatives and they were extremely pleasant, accommodating, and answered all of my questions. Pharmacies can be very busy places at times and the staff members at pharmacies have challenging jobs. I hope all members of the public realize that each individual needs individual care and sometimes that can take time and others may have to wait a bit. But people can be assured that when they make it through the line they will get good care and attention too. Thank you again for the great customer service.
