I called ahead to avoid any issues… only to have me “loop around” cause of a car behind me and a staff error… in line now for 1/2 hour with two cars still in front of me…?

The employees at this location are amazing - so helpful! I had issues transferring a prescription from a large chain pharmacy and Amanda went above and beyond to help ensure I got my medication. I really appreciated her assistance!

I have been having Meijer refill my prescriptions for years, this new group of staff have me switching to a new pharmacy. They filled a prescription wrong, so I called the pharmacy, and they blamed it on my doctor. So I called my doctor and they sent me a copy of what they sent over, which was correct, so I called the pharmacy again. This time they said it was my fault, because I didn't check if it was correct when I was in there, and they can't fix it now, I should try to fix it next time I need a refill. This time when I needed a refill, they seemed to want to fix it, but didn't, this time they blamed it on the insurance company. So now I have to call the insurance company, when I am pretty sure it is the Meijer Pharmacy staff. They offered three different excuses and zero effort

Good place. They are very helpful but with some employees you need to ask them if they can explore fixes before they will. Some are outstanding techs.
