The people are very nice usually but sometimes it’s a really long wait between requesting a med and actually getting it. My doctor has actually called in things because I was sick and the app was like, it’ll be ready in 2 days. Another issue sometimes is communication. If they have a question about a script, they just won’t fill it and won’t call to tell you and certainly won’t call your doctor. If you’re not used to doing a bunch of footwork, this isn’t your pharmacy. I stay because it’s close and they’re reasonably kind and helpful when you talk to them.

My husband was supposed to start a new medication and apparently he needed a prior authorization from the insurance. But.. the pharmacy never once got ahold of us so we waited for the its ready text then I called. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and didnt care about my frustrations.

I've been here often and they are usually helpful and efficient. Today was the exception when I waited for nearly 50 minutes to get a vaccination! I had to remind them three times that I was waiting. They might have been busy although I saw at least 4-5 pharmacists and a couple of PAs. But what I would have expected was a frank assessment of the time required and being allowed to do other shopping and come back for the shot. (I was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. 20 is acceptable, 45 is not!) And when I inquired why the long wait I was told the system was 'processing'! I'd have been if they frankly said it was not processed by error and they were sorry for the delay. Disappointed

I Was told my order was ready came up here it wasnt. I was told 30 minutes so I shopped and came back up was informed that it would be an additional 20 minutes after that I came in and was told another 20 minutes iv been here an hour and am typing this after this 3rd attempt Courtney has a very poor attitude...

Ok. So let me start with this. KEVIN isn't new favorite pharmacist. I got stuck in a sort of loophole of some BULLLLSHIT. KEVIN took my call probably 3 times or so. Looked up all my stuff. He put a stop to a "substitute prescription". To fill my original script. This happened because I was told they "couldn't get the 30mg version, It was on back order and was virtually impossible to fill." Which is true in my experience. The 10s and 20s as well. But she said 'have your doctor give you a combination of 20s and 10s instead.". But my doctor said that exceeded the 90 count for a month. So it was "get 60x pills of what they can get.". But I called and explained this all to Kevin. He said "we DO have 30s.". I said "enough to make it through the night and possibly fill Mine in the morning?". H
