Meijer Pharmacy

The pharmacy often claims to be open yet closes for breaks while ten people are in line. If you think waiting twenty minutes is frustrating, wait until you’re told to wait another thirty. It wouldn’t be difficult to put up a sign at the drive-through indicating when the pharmacist will be going on break. LED signs are affordable. I recommend shopping and getting your medicine somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy in Lima tbh. They’re always out of stock of everything & then they yell at you about it. Zero customer service skills and I don’t recommend. I have 1 more prescription to get from here and I’ll never be back. Even doctors are giving you 1 Star. That’s all I needed to see for real.

Rude and confrontational pharmacists with no people skills or customer service ability. Inefficient procedures. Not adequately staffed for the quantity of business. Need to restructure and to replace the poor customer service as has been noted in multiple reviews

Love this pharmacy. Friendly staff, often times, will see if they have coupons to help lower cost when you're self pay, and always have your medications ready. Enjoy the text notifications letting me know when they're filled and ready for pickup, plus the MPerks on approved medications are great. My go-to pharmacy.

Visited the Lima Meijer pharmacy last Friday approximately 5 pm to obtain antibiotic. What a mistake . Before i comment all parties including Meijer management need to review past complaints. I was treated as a complete waste as a customer. To sum up -rude,arrogant, shortness of communication , waste of employee s time, etc . I do not use pharmacy very often however i will choose another on the future . Many choices exist therefore why would any customer want to visit and spend monies at a place that treats customers as trash and a waste. Not to much smarts on part of Meijer as i am sure selling prescriptions is quite profitable. I will go elsewhere and plan to ask my personal records be deleted from their system as want to avoid retaliation. Thank you
