Great staff. If I ever need a new prescription ór refill, they go out of there way to contact the doctor. They have made my life more enjoyable And I have more time for me.

They were really really good and then it started to slip a bit , customer service was combative , instead of empathetic , but seems to be improving or I am getting used to it.

I went to the pharmacy today to get a couple vaccines. I could’ve scheduled an appointment but knew I’d be out and about so went right when they opened as a walk in instead. The site clearly states walk ins are welcome and no one else was there. The woman who opened asked if I had an appt and I told her I was a walk in. She said I’d have to schedule one and they were booked until the afternoon. I said, “ no one is here, it only takes 5 minutes. Can you just get me in?” At this point she got an attitude and said we have a 1 or 2 something available. I said ok, I’ll come back I guess and take the 1. Then she asked if I was going to book it online or there… I was standing there, so of course I opted to book with her. I asked for the 1. After leaving I got a text that I was scheduled for 2:45

I love the dedicated staff at Meijer Pharmacy in Kenosha! They'll help you sort through any obstacles to getting you the medicine you need at the right price! I couldn't tolerate Walgreens any longer when I found my Meijer Pharmacy and the great group of dedicated people who work here. Definitely at "cut above" the rest!

The drive through is really convenient and so are the hours. They don't keep my medication in stock, so it takes longer than normal every month to get it refilled. There is a disconnect somewhere with calling your prescription in for refills and them filling it, sometimes it works, sometimes they don't get. The pickup texts are not accurate, especially if prescriptions are out of stock. They have also forgotten to run prescriptions through my insurance, and my husband (unknowingly) paid full price for them. Nothing was done to fix their mistake, not even an apology. I've brought up the issues I have had to a few different employees, trying to find a solution, most importantly to have my prescriptions in stock since they need to be filled monthly. I've been told they don't know what to do.
