Good Value Pharmacy

Honestly, this place sucks. They carry the worst manufacturers for generic meds and refuse to get the ones that you and your doctor request because it's "not going to make them money". Ridiculous. If I wasn't disabled and could pick up my own meds, I definitely would NOT be using this pharmacy. They always take the cheap route. The only pharmacy that's worse is Genoa. They do have a few decent workers, but Donna has NEVER been nice to me. She's always very rude and dismissive. Shouldn't work with people with that kind of attitude.

I didn't want to leave this review too soon because I didn't want them to be flooded with all the people who hate my last pharmacy. After over 20 years of being a loyal customer, I switched to Good Value and it is the best thing ever. No more calling and praying for them to fill my prescriptions, they just fill them automatically. Drama with insurance? No problem!!! Unlike their competitor who I won't name (rhymes with 'fall beans'), that would just say "there's a problem you need to fix" that would make my life miserable. Good Value just fixed it for me, like on their own. I didn't have to ask or beg, just done. I was absolutely stunned. My life stress is down considerably because I was in my old pharmacy once or twice a week, trying to figure out what the h e double hockey sticks was go

Pharmacies? I wanted to fill a script on the 20th, today and was told it is scheduled for the 21st! It's their policy! So a busy Monday just got busier. And I will still have to call tomorrow and wait! My doc called the script in on Friday the 18th. As soon as I find another pharmacy, I'm leaving this one too. The reason I have stayed this long is they have the script and they actually answer the phone. The staff is extremely rude!!!

When I go to my doctor's office and need any refills, the staff will ask "what pharmacy"? I smile and reply "Good Value, the best pharmacy in town". I've always gone to the original one where Phil and his partner first owned. I never met one of the partners but Phil. He genuinely cared about his staff and his costumers. Unfortunately he died from a heart attack which wasn't fair to him, for how he took care of himself and others! He wasn't just my pharmacist, he felt more like family. Despite the loss of a great man two others chose to carry on his legacy, his sons. I can't thank the pharmacists and staff enough that I've known over the many years for always doing your best!! Incredible staff unlike all the corporate pharmacies. Great prices and my medications are always in stock. Honestly the only pharmacy worth going to.
