This location engaged in conduct that raises serious concerns regarding racial stereotyping and discriminatory assumptions. An individual was treated differently based solely on a last name that did not “sound white,” resulting in denial of service without clear, objective justification. Such behavior is inconsistent with equitable service standards and may violate internal anti-discrimination policies. Corporate oversight is necessary to address implicit bias, ensure consistent treatment, and prevent recurrence.

Never has medication in stock. Consistently has to order in the same prescription every month an so it takes 4-5 days to get it filled. Going to have to switch to a different pharmacy.

Terrible customer service and always rude. Hate that my prescriptions have to be filled at this pharmacy. Pharmacists has the worst attitude and has no sense of urgency to get people moved thru the line. Terrible management.

Called to ask price of script. They told me and told me they would be ready by 6. Got there at 630 and only one was ready. Was informed that they couldn't fill the other one . When I asked why she said she would have pharmacist tell me. He proceeded to just sit in his chair, answer the phone and tell her to tell me the issue. I advised them that my dr had told me what I couldn't take with the meds. They said they contacted my dr but had not heard back from her. We'll duh it was 630. Do you think you 1.could have told me that over the phone ( so I didn't drive up there) and 2. Get off ypur damn chair and talk to me yourself since you are the pharmacist instead of having your cashier tell me?????,

I love this pharmacy 99.9 % of the time. Most everyone is great. Pharmacist that gave me my vaccinations was fabulous. But....I just called to refill a prescription and the person that answered the phone had zero social skills. After answering my call with a greeting I stated what I wanted there was absolute silence. Not just a moment, not give me a second, not a word. I finally said hello again and they said I'm here. Then they asked for the information. Before I was completely finished speaking to provide the information they cut me off. I work in the same field and have a great amount of empathy but not for people who are rude.
