MegaCare Specialty Pharmacy

Rude White women who works there seems annoyed she’s in this area and refuses to help me, stating I needed a pharmacy card. Like what ? Horrible establishment. Do not go here. They don’t want to help their customers and the pharmacist wasn’t professional at all. I never dealt with something like this. Needs customer service training.

Actually I’ll give them 0. I do not like the service that they provide. They have a tendency to speak to people with an aggravatingly snarky tone and they like to tell people what they should and shouldn’t do. I feel like that’s highly unprofessional because as a pharmacy it’s your responsibility to distribute PRESCRIBED medication and communicate with the clientele that their medicine is ready. You don’t tell people that they can go to queens if they don’t like your service that’s very offensive.

I want to thank people at this pharmacy what they did for me even though this is not my pharmacy and they didn’t need to do this. I got covid and needed medication right away. My Pharmacy had to order it next day, and when I ask people from MegaCare, they delivered it in about an hour. Thank you again and wish all the best to your business.

I needed my medication to be delivered and MegaCare pharmacy delivered it on time. I have been using them for 1 month now and I am very satisfied with the service.
