MedWELL Urgent Care Center, East Hills

Not sure what the fuss is all about, but this place is amazing. I am from a different State and happen to have a medical issue. After some expected time at the desk due to getting everything in order, I was seen. The physician was amazing, she looked over the records in MyChart (system that talks to other facilities). We talked about my symptoms and she was diligent enough to have a basic understanding if my medical issues. I was out and guided to the nearest pharmacy and healing began immediately. Highly recommend

Went there with my father for possible pneumonia. It was 645pm, they are open until 8pm.they basically denied him care, told him he needs to see his family doctor. Asked why we showed up at Urgent Care at 645 on a Monday night. Todd Smith was very rude, arrogant and discriminates. Big waste of time.

I went in after I sliced my pinky doing dishes. They took me straight back, cleaned me up, and popped four stitches in. Everyone I dealt with seemed kind, and I was happy the doctor listened to me when we were discussing whether to use stitches or glue.

Would give 0 stars if possible. When I went in there was No one else waiting. I sat in the exam room for an hour while listening to the staff outside the door gossiping. I finally decided to come out and ask if they forgot about me, at which time I was verbally berated. I wasn't being unkind when I asked, but that didn't matter. They were unbelievably rude and disrespectful.

Every single time that my child and I have been here, the staff has been amazing!!! I was really surprised because my Conemaugh experiences were not always the best. I truly appreciate the experience they provided, the nurses were awesome even when they were busy. I appreciate them making sure that we felt seen and heard. I have saw 3 different physicians Dr. Flick, Dr. Malec, & Dr. Smith and everyone of them handled my child and I with care, I could not be more appreciative!
