Our experience was overwhelming good. Everyone was so nice the hospitals cleanliness was amazing. The Dr s and staff treated us really well. They tended to Red w/ care. This was his second time there over the years and both times were amazing considering the reason we were there. Thank y'all so much for being so loving and caring.

Great Veterinarian care. Our dog received the best professional care and best chance of recovery. They were very quick to give our dog relief from the pain he was in. MedVet doctors and staff gave us regular updates and progress of our dogs surgery and recovery.

We brought our baby in for seizure like activity. She had been having a lot of medical problems the last few days. When we brought her in they took her back in an emergency level. I really want to just take a moment and say the crew overnight and the day shift Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. When we called and informed them she hasn’t gotten better and was in fact worse. We let them know we made the choice to put her down. The staff was absolutely amazing to us, to our pet. And how they took her back, got her prepped and led us to the comfort room immediately; meant so much. They answered all our questions and concerns. And when we were spending time with her they checked in and gave us as much time as we wanted. Once the doctor came in and explained each shot that would help ease her

Didn't like the original er phone experience. Not sure why we couldn't have had our question answered more completely. However, at the clinic didnt have anything but great one on one experience. Everyone very compassionate, friendly, and courteous. Our pet was given excellent care. Also would like to state that we've previously had excellent care with an older pet who was treated for cancer. We had an additional year with him and during that time they treated him like one of their own. When it did come time to say goodbye they treated him like the beloved boy he was and they gave us every consideration possible. I don't think there was anything they could have done better.

100 percent recommended! If I could give more than 5 stars i'd give 10 ! They saved my dogs life from a flipped bloated stomach at 12:30 am.
