Caring and compassionate staff who immediately took action to restore my animal’s health. Worked swiftly and around the clock to get my dog the treatment she needed. Staff was readily available by phone when we called to check on her, even late at night and early morning. We were able to easily consult directly with the doctor multiple times during our dog’s hospitalization. Easy is both a wonderful pet and a store dog for the Los Gatos Birdwatcher. She coughed for hours the other night so at 4:30 AM I called MedVet of Campbell. They quickly picked up the phone and we decided I should take her in. All the staff made me feel calm and welcomed under less than ideal circumstances. They sent me home with medication to calm down the cough and info I can use moving forward. Easy and I both felt very cared for. Dr. Julia Podmayer saved our kitten's life! Our kitten Scoot was trapped in our washing machine by accident. I raced her to Medvet and we didn't think she was going to make it. Dr. Podmayer spent time looking into things that would help save her. receiving blood plasma was a miracle for her. She spent two days in hospital on oxygen. She received great pain management and we could tell she was comfortable. We were able to visit her many times and could see the great care she was receiving. We will be forever grateful to Dr Podmayer and the wonderful team of technicians that saved our girls life!
