Medstop Pharmacy & Surgical Supplies

This is the worst pharmacy for surgical supply. Melvin has the worst costumer service I would have to call multiple times to place an order he never answers the phone. I have recently changed pharmacy and I noticed that Melvin would ONLY SEND ME HALF of the supplies instead of the complete amount! Please do not go here for supplies if you have a child with special needs AND needs diapers!!

James and Melvin are a great team that I have had the pleasure of working with for quite a number of years. They care about the community and I experienced that care when my mother's insurance company did not want to approve her wheelchair. Medstop stepped up to the plate and donated a wheelchair for her to use. I have never had a local business perform such a kind gesture. I will forever be grateful

This is regarding the surgical supplies part of the business. I have an order for durable medical equipment and they still haven't delivered my items and it's been weeks. No one ever answers the phone when I call and they never return my messages. I can never get through. What a horrible business. The pharmacy always picks up the phone but the durable medical equipment department never does. I will never use this place again.

I'd moved here from another State and they were so courteous to my needs and they were soon professional about everything. Everyone should use this Pharmacy they're never nasty, disrespectful, late, unprofessional or anything. I really appreciate them. KEEP UP THE BEAUTIFUL JOB...

I had never had any issues with Med Stop Pharmacy. I have been getting DME from them since 2019. People have to realize it’s a pandemic going on now still. And the safety of their customers are important as well as the staff that work their. Even with doctors offices things are slow with appts and returning calls. I love this place they answer all my questions and delivery is on time. The driver calls me to let me know when he is near.
