Dr Jebayulan and her entire team are amazing! From the beginning of my arrival, I received a smile and warm welcome from the receptionist team; kind and professional, to the nurses who greeted me with “hi my name is Sade and Tracy and will will be working with Dr. Jebayulan today for your procedure”. It’s very rare you are greeted in this manner. Yet not, this team, I felt the goodness! Most importantly, I believe it comes from top leadership as the support exhibited down to your team and this is exactly what I received from Dr. Jebayulan, in fact in our first consultation which “first impressions” matter to me, She explains each step, comes into the process with confidence. I loved my team that assisted me! Even when I thought I couldn’t do it anymore, Kara, Kaitlyn, and Dr. Mullen would not let me quit. Postpartum was amazing as well. They respected my wishes and let me know when to expect them. They didn’t come in unannounced nor come in even 20 minutes. I was truly spoiled with the team that assisted me and if I was to have another child, no doubt I would love for it to be here at this hospital!

Dr. Levine was honest, to the point and extremely professional. I greatly appreciated the personal touch such as the phone call prior to my surgery. I would above all else recommend him to someone else in need of a hip replacement. Thank you.

2026 brought me a surprise. I had six visits to the ER, two admissions because of those ER visits. I stayed in five different rooms; two rooms on the second floor, two different rooms on the third floor, and one ICU room. I visited the operating room, the recovery room, Radiology, ultrasound, and interventional radiology. Every step of the way, the staff knew what was going on with me, listened to my history, heard my concerns and included me in my plan of care. The last three days of my admission was a whirlwind of people coming in to make sure I had all the tools and resources that I needed after discharge. Unfortunately I have very thin skin and, consequently, I have been to the Wound Center many times recently.They are wonderful people. So cheerful and non judgemental that I actually look forward to my visits. The only negative is that there can be a long wait to get an appointment, nine days for me this most recent time. Fortunately they have arranged for sufficient supplies and thoroughly trained my wife on what to do in the meantime. David Arbuthnot
