Medstar Pharmacy At UMH

I've used this pharmacy for three years. It never was my first choice, but insurance coverage meant I couldn't use any others in the area. The accessibility is inconvenient at best-- I'm not a fan of trying to find whichever entrance is open that day/time when I need it. Additionally, the ID scrutiny when entering the hospital is a pain. However, the pharmacy itself is the WORST. In three years of frequenting the pharmacy more than once a month, I've only ever had ONE prescription come out correctly and on time. I've been shortchanged medicine, had the wrong medication refilled, or have had my prescription delayed for weeks on end. Two of my medications have severe withdrawal symptoms. Terrible service all around: I've had multiple issues with this pharmacy which has finally resulted in writing this negative review. The wait times are incredibly long, meds are often running out, and the pharmacists are rude (the techs are wonderful, tho-which kept me coming back!). I've called repeatedly regarding a medication that needed to be refilled and was told that they didn't have the scrip (even tho it was a recurrent scrip, with 2 refills, and my doc is in house). Then when I came by to check on things in person I was scolded by the pharmacist for not picking up my scrip that had been sitting there for days... you know...the scrip they couldn't find?!
