MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Columbia

This was my first time utilizing a MedStar Health Clinic. My experience was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely caring, thoughtful and attentive. From the staff at the front desk to the doctors. I felt welcomed and cared for. All questions were answered thoughtfully with patience and care. Everyone was so easy to work with. The process was simple and user friendly. The convenience was wonderful. They gave me a prescription and sent it straight to the Giant Pharmacy across the street (at my request). I have had doctors before where I feel like they’re just trying to get through their day. I felt cared for here. Highly recommend.

Conveyor belt medicine. Assessment by medical provider less than two minutes. Several questionable situations that I alerted via their feedback survey. Now I know why Patient First has long wait times - best practices. Next time I'll avoid this literal *drive thru* and wait. It was unreal to receive the request for public posting review but happy to oblige. Will say this - it was clean and the female receptionist was excellent. The discharge packet is entertaining - make sure to read yours and the amount of work that supposedly took place on behalf of your urgent care.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The PA was knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well organized, and the x-ray result came out quickly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking urgent medical care.

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and care at MedSTAR health urgent care in Columbia. I had an appointment and they greeted me immediately. Super friendly, super professional. They handled my physical quickly and efficiently. They asked questions and listened to all of my questions as well. A professional, friendly and effective office. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online that was within the hour, drove right to Urgent Care, and was welcomed by the courteous front desk staff without delay. The kind tech (Kikeisha?) took my vitals, asked my concerns, and conducted the tests needed. She told me the results would take 30 minutes. About thirty minutes later, Garret the PA came in to share results. He answered all of my questions and provided the care and advice I needed. I love this urgent care; my family uses it all the time.
