MedStar Health: Urgent Care at Annapolis

I booked an appointment online, which was very easy. I was there on time annd filled out a few papers for the receptionist. and seen by the technician at my appointment time. She had to take several tests, so I waited about 30 minutes for the results. The PA came in and diagnosed me based on the tests, and said he had a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Everyone was kind and friendly. Great service overall.

I have been with Marilyn primary at this location for maybe 15 years and I travel about 20 minutes to get here so I really do like this place. My nurse practitioner is Lauren Bond and I feel like she knows me and cares about me and I’m in such good hands when I go. Yesterday was another example that she took such good care of me and made a couple of phone calls from the office to try to get me into a specialist right away because the wait would be at least 2 to 3 days she’s gonna call me today after she does some more phone calling. I just think that’s above and beyond. I’m very grateful to have a Dr that really cares.

Very quick response, thorough exam by Dr Weber, plus friendly and caring front desk staff. Tyler, the PA, was very good at his job and kind as well. Dr Weber was one of the nicest doctors we have ever met, a genuine and warm manner, and quite funny too.He was professional and very kind, taking time to explain the condition carefully and further recommending additional specialised care. It was like being taken care of by your grandfather. We received the very best care at Med Star last night!

I made an appointment and was actually seen early.Front desk personnel was very efficient,medical assistant was very good and did a rapid strep throat swab so that by the time I was seen by the provider the test was back. The provider was very professional and thorough. Overall a very pleasant experience. I felt like I was provided excellent care

From the moment I walked in, the experience was excellent. Megan at the front desk was professional, polite, and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. Eileen was amazing during triage; she kept me informed, listened carefully, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Bree also checked on me and made sure I was okay. Ariel handled my discharge and ensured I understood everything before I left. Rachel, the provider, was thorough, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to explain my results, reviewed my history carefully, and made sure I received the safest and most appropriate treatment. I truly felt listened to and well cared for. The entire team worked cohesively, communicated well, and treated me with compassion and respect. I never felt rushed
