Whoever the receptionist is that worked on 10/09 at 10:25 AM needs to be taught a lesson or two on customer service. Speak politely to patients and control your anger sweetheart.
If I could give 0 stars then I would, horrible experience, poor communication, and besides the horrible inexcusable attitude received from the pharmacy tech. Saprina Hayes. Very disappointed in false communication given involving my child's medication.
Worse hospital EVER! They treated my Mom horrible!!!! Please don’t go to this hospital! I think they trying to kill people.
Pharmacy is clean and nifty. nice and warm and friendly but the wait is always more than an hour. 😡
The staff is always friendly & my RX is always ready on time.... i could not ask for more.
