The gastroenterologist doctor was very knowledgeable and she made sure I understand the process and her decision to postpone the scan.
I have a wonderful experience with Dr Carol & her assistants. She explained to me all required & needed from A to Z for my treatment. I am grateful to all staff at MedStar for their cordial & wonderful service.
The staff was very polite, pleasant and helpful. I was waited on and taken to the patient room in a timely manner. The tech who did my vitals was very pleasant. I was then seen by Steph who is the PA working with the Dr’s, and she was great. Steph asked me many questions, listen to my issues and concerns, and gave me much explanation and advice. I am very pleased with my visit. Many thanks to the staff in this office.
