Dr Freed is an amazing and very friendly. I can be very understanding when situations occur and the hours need to be changed. I have been trying to find out when I need to schedule my six month appointment since you can not schedule at the last appointment. It’s always an issue getting in touch with them. I decided to try to text the number to get a response. Who ever responded was rude. I explained I have trying to call the office before they close. The person started the sentence with Actually. If I would have know that Dr Freed was leaving early or the hours were changed it should have been a noticed sent out to the clients. However, I was calling at different times. I've been a patient at Good Samaritan Dental & Surgical Associates for about a year now, and I have nothing but incredible things to say about them! From the moment you step in, the front desk staff greets you with professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. They're always on top of things and make the experience seamless. Dr. Freed is an absolute lifesaver! I can’t express enough gratitude for the care I’ve received from him. When my 81-year-old mom needed dental work, I brought her here, and she instantly connected with Dr. Freed. They did a root canal on me, and I hardly felt a thing—it was amazing! If I could give Dr. Fried and his staff a -5 I would. My son and I were patients for 15 years. During that time I only canceled (the day before) one time because of having a stomach virus. Just recently we missed our appointment because of oversleeping. When I called to reschedule several days later the front desk secretary accused us of multiple no call/no shows and canceling appointments at the last minute. The attitude(s) from the front desk receptionist, Dr. Fried and the other woman in the office was unprofessional and unnecessary. No wonder he had a high turnover of dental assistants and couldn’t even keep another dentist in the office to help. Don’t go here so that you won’t get the same treatment.

I LOVE Dr. Freed and his team. I started seeing Dr. Freed about 17 years ago when he was a 5 minute drive away. I since moved and have to drive 40 minutes, but I'm sticking with him and not looking for someone closer, because Dr. Freed does great work, and his team are always kind and helpful. I just wish I could add a 6th star!

Now, despite the terrifying and horrible reviews of this office, it was quite an educational and a fascinating visit. I can not speak for all other patients, but for me Dr. Freed was a breath of fresh air and his staff are of unique taste. The X-ray Tech Tia( I do hope I'm spelling this correctly) was very sweet and nice. The front desk receptionist though her beautiful name has slipped my mind, she carried her interactions with me with a smile. Everyone was working and busy bodied. I haven't been to a dentist office in over 17 years and in my first visit since my accident this has been well worth waiting for. Dr. Freed is intelligent, charming, cool headed and honest! I'm not sure why the reviews have been rated so disgustingly and maybe me and my little klan are just out of the ordinary
