This lab location caters to blood work. It's convenient to me because it's like a 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk here from my home. Staff is attentive but at times can show they really don't want to be there. My wife comes here and on one occasion had a small dispute. The staff worker gave a brief attitude and when you work at places like this. Not the right attitude to bring to work. Since then, it's had been a relatively good experience. I guess it was just one of those days for her.

This office has horrible service in answering phones. They give multiple patients the same appointments. They do not call you on appointments time. In case of an urgent matter you have to stand outside in line rain, shine or snow to request a number to be seen on the same day. I was outside since 6:30am. No consideration for working people. You leave messages for a call back to get n appointments and they never call you back so you have to drive to clinic and risk getting a ticket in a horrible parking zone because the people we pay for health care refuse to answer or return call request. I hope management sees this and attendan to this disrespect to the williamsburg community. I must say, this review has nothing to do with doctors. Is about. Other communication n urgent care needs

Been trying to get an appointment for weeks, phone was never picked up and voice messages not answered. I got frustrated and went there to try and make an appointment face to face, they were supposed to be open til 5 that day, I got there 4.15 and the office was closed, no note on the door or anything. Tried calling again while standing outside but the phone line was closed for the day. I will have to switch doctor and office before even having a chance to use this one. It's embarrassing

I don’t understand the reviews on this place. It’s Clean, Professional, And they are very nice, and care about you wholeheartedly. Is it Busy sometimes? Yes it is, but also understand that they have 1000s of patients here, not 100s, so be mindful of that, if they give you and appointment for far longer than you hoped. All the Doctors are amazing, I thank them for my good health.

The worst primary care visit I've ever had. TL:DR — better to go to urgent care than here, at best their negligent. Here's my experience: 1. I scheduled two appointments, neither of which they managed to actually book so it was on me to follow-up, show-up, and wait as a walk-in. 2. I was supposed to receive calls from the physician explaining lab results, I had to repeatedly call them in order for the physician to actually call me (we had an appointment by they were a no-show). 3. I received conflicting messages from the physician, who never called me back to clarify the miscommunications. 4. I had to go into the actual office to get my lab results, upon which time I was told that I never had one of the tests I needed done even though they'd gotten my fluid samples. Right as I was abou
