MedScript Pharmacy

My doctor ignored my request and sent my prescription here instead of my pharmacy. When I asked Medscript to transfer it to my pharmacy, I was told NO. When my pharmacy requested the prescription to be transferred, they were ignored too. After leaving a nasty review, they called me (a week later) and transferred the prescription as requested. I am happy about the 5 minutes it took to transfer my prescription. I am not happy about the 10,075 minutes it took to get this done.

Absolutely disappointed in the way my situation was handled and I was treated. My prescription was delivered late on a Friday and I had called to say i would be out of town and to not deliver. Delivered anyways and it need to be refrigerated. So it say over 48 hours in the heat in my porch. I called and they couldn’t find the number i called from so clearly insinuating I didn’t call and i could pay for another order for eh $50 prescription. Will never use them again nor do i reccomend. Ask your physician to send to another special pharmacy who treats people Better! So now i have no meds and have to call my doc to have her resend elsewhere! What is wrong with people and why can’t places DO the RIGHT THING! Was their mistake NOT mine!

Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I received the wrong strength for my prescription, despite calling multiple times to confirm the correct medication. Each time, I was told they had it and it would be mailed out promptly. It felt like they were more eager to collect payment than to ensure accuracy. I have very sensitive skin and require a specific strength, which they were aware of. Upon delivery, I was shocked to see the dosage was incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the pharmacist casually admitted they didn’t have the strength I needed and had contacted my doctor to change it—without even consulting me first. My HSA card declined due to wrong expiration date. The person on the phone REFUSED to let me give her correct information. She continued to ask for another form of payment and wouldn’t accept my HSA card number.

Nobody on the phone knows what they are talking about. The lady calls me multiple times asking for insurance even though I had sent it to her two weeks prior. Then I get a call saying they can't get me that medication. They could have let me know two weeks earlier. So disorganized
