medrx pharmacy

I've been getting my compounded tirzepetide from them. Their shipping practices aren't safe for that type of medication. I've ordered from other pharmacies in the past and for the sake of their patients, they should invest in better packaging and shipping arrangements. I know it's the summer, I get that. But it's not safe for that medication to arrive HOT, and the pharmacy states the medication is fine and their not responsible. Other pharmacies ship in little styrofoam boxes with ice packs inside, packed in another shipping box and next day air them and they arrive cold and safe. It's unfortunately the reason I'm going to stop using them. Please, do better for your future patients!
